Support Conveyancer

We are currently looking to support our Wirral based client in the legal sector with a requirement for a Support Conveyancer. A description and comments are listed below. If this could interest please contact me with a copy of your latest CV and details on your availability to start a new role.
This will be a permanent stafff role to start as soon as posssible.
The main concept of the role, is for a Conveyancer to undertake contract pack reviews/title checks on purchase transactions. The role will be non-client facing, the Support Conveyancer would work for a specific team and work in the background for that team.
There is potential for this role to be very flexible, with part time hours, out of usual office hours and working from home all open for consideration.
The working from home potential also means the role could be open to any part of the UK.
Support Conveyancer –
Job Description: Main purpose of role To act for conveyancing clients on behalf of company.
Team Structure: Working in a team of consisting of a Conveyancing Team Manager and Conveyancer.
Key tasks: Undertake the ‘Title Check’ on purchase transactions and deal with complex/time consuming elements of the conveyancing process, in a non-client facing role for the team. In particular (non-exhaustive list);
➢Thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing
➢Work with and under the supervision of a Conveyancing Team Manager
➢Deal with residential conveyancing transactions, acting for both private clients and limited companies
➢Deal with different types of transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions
➢Responsible for ‘signing off’ files for exchange and completion
➢Act honestly and diligently and at all times abide by the relevant professional codes of conduct that may from time to time be in force
Working Conditions
Hours of work: flexible/part time hours available and also ability to work from home if preferred/required.
Holiday entitlement: Four weeks paid holiday per year [exclusive of bank holidays]
